I offer 1:1 and 2:1 personal training across the North Norfolk Coast. As a mobile personal trainer, I bring everything to you, so you can work out in the comfort of your own home, garden, or a favourite outdoor spot.

No gym membership. No intimidating environments. Just focused, supportive, and completely tailored training designed around you, your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

If space is tight, you’re welcome to train from my garden studio in East Rudham, or at the I Am The Storm Yoga Studio at Letheringsett Watermill. I also offer online coaching and personalised workout plans, ideal for those who prefer flexibility and the accountability of expert guidance from home or the gym.

With a background in education and a Diploma in Personal Training, I bring a teaching mindset to every session; explaining the why behind each movement, ensuring safe form, and helping you build confidence as you get stronger.

Whether you’re returning to exercise, building strength for later life, or simply ready to invest in yourself again, my approach meets you where you are; with compassion, expertise, and a belief that movement should always feel empowering.

  • Prices vary, depending if you buy a block of sessions or just one. There is also a discount per person if you train with a friend or loved one.

  • All PT includes a bespoke program to follow from home/ in the gym between sessions.

    Regular check in’s and program refreshers every 4-6 weeks.

    All of this on top of your personal sessions too.

  • Absolutely, it doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner, have an injury, or just want the accountability. We can work together to get the results you want.

  • Head to the Group Movement Page and select the ‘Book Your Space’ button beside / underneath the class you’d like to do.

    Classes at Letheringsett Mill will be booked through their site, all other classes are through my own booking system.

  • Comfy clothes that you feel good in. We want you moving with ease, so stretchy is great, but this doesn’t mean tight.

    Ideally wear trainers for all fitness classes. Yoga, we’ll be bare feet. You can keep your socks on if you’d prefer though.
